-If the MLPA is ever implemented and our areas are closed to fishing -
He suggested that we
All go out on out boats and kayaks with our fishing rods and tie on 4 oz. sinkers and soak them in the closed areas.
-Nothing more than a 4 oz. sinker at the end of your line.
Its not illegal to do this and it would tie DFG manpower in knots.
-I'm not fishing - I'm just stretching my line.
Those guys would get bounced around like pinballs from boat to boat eating up
Time and Money.
