15 fish daily limits and 2500lbs boat limits?!?! Geez... we've come a long way. I can imagine how amazing the WSB fishery was like prior to the 1960s. Almost every salty dog I've spoken to who fished during the 80s have told me that the fishery is much healthier than it was at that time.
