The enviros are trying to rally their troops. We need to do the same.
From what I understand, the proposed LJ MPA in Lapis 1 does not meet the minimum size requirements of 9 square miles, meaning that if the finalized proposal has a LJ MPA in it, the red area will be
bigger. If we don't show up and fight for LJ, expect it to be gone forever.
