Mike use what you know and you are confident in. You already have the best lures in your arsenal. Megabaits work well for yo-yoing in the winter time, some guys use them as surface irons, but IMHO nothing beats a 45 in that type of fishing. When winter comes closer go out and buy yourself a couple 3.5oz Megabaits and try them out, they are much less tiring to yo-yo with than the standard 6x. If you know how to fish from a boat, then you will have no problems, just use what you know...after all kayaks are just small plastic boats
