Here is my Ceviche recipe:
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1/2 lb. Diced Yellowtail
3/4 c. OJ
3/4 c. Fresh Lime juice
3/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Roma Tomatoes Diced
1 Large Cucumber Quartered and Sliced Fine
1/3 Yellow Onion Minced
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 c. Cilantro Chopped
1 Jalapeno Minced
2 Tbl.Hot Sauce
1 Tbl. Salt
1/2 Tbl. Black Pepper
4 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
