We're so PC these days. I keep seeing these posts that "I saw this..." Take a picture of the perps inside the MPA and put them on blast on this site. They do it for johns hitting up hookers why not MPA offenders?
But it's tough getting that evidence. Even traffic cops catching you for a red light violation have to have a certain perspective.

The bouys are actually for the City underwater Park. You need to go another .2 miles west. Look to line up the palm tree with the flag pole.
