Andy that was exactly the point I was making with a friend of mine from one of the party boat locations. She was swearing up and down that I didn't know what I was talking about. The logic is that if you increase the size limit and reduce the keep limit you will help the species to reproduce, and recover from the years of over keeping. Like others have said we here on this board seem to be more of the CPR and keep what we are going to use mind set, but other sites see their bag limits going down.
I have also heard that there is discussions on putting different limits on Tuna and Dorado, has anyone heard anything about that?
