Dont get the Mini for a PA, I got one for my 14ft Oasis Tandem and it's hard lining it up and balancing it when loaded with gear, trying to sell it now to get the larger version. The reason I got it was because the frame and wheels can be stowed inside the kayak but it's not really worth the trouble of getting it just right for it to work.
The mini will probably work ok for a smaller kayak like the sport or revo 11 or any kayak under 12'
