What is the Cal Span Link to View the Meeting ??

-I have one up on the computer, but is not broadcasting Yet...Have they started yet ?

I just got off the Phone with Cal-Span -They are having trouble with the Vid link- and the Crew on location is NOT answering their phones !

The meeting started 23 minutes ago and still no Vid link.
