Easy part first, FINAL weigh in will be at Don Eddies NOT later then 6pm. Is Soccorro too far, to paddle yes but you might drive and do a surf launch but that can be iffy. Guys usually drive to the light house by El Cielito Lindo Hotel and launch in the bay. Ask around at the dinner the night before the tourney some of the guys share info, but not secrets.
