It's going to be alright.
Right now I'm already working on flexibility, forcibly bending it for a good thirty minutes each morning. Talk about pain I hate that part, but though I start out hardly able to bend it at all by the end I have full range of motion, and that makes a hell of a difference in how my day goes. Use it or loose it.
Bottom line it's healing well. Today I was back on the bike in another week I should be fine.
