Decided to fish Cabrillo for Halibut, and bring my friend for his first legal halibut, but the weather is not helping.
On the water around 7AM, water was calm for about only an hour, and wind started blowing all the way until we left about 1230PM, spend most of the time paddling...
Anyway, still able to caught a short
and a short halibut, but 0 for my friend~~Sure will bring him there again next time when the wind slow down.
