Of course the government does not provide fire fighters, police, military, road construction, shelters, disaster aide, so on and so far.
The government does not provide jobs for its employees in various departments. Said employees do not pay taxes and purchase goods.
The manufacturers do not produce goods for the government employees.
Grocery stores do not sell to the government employees.
