hey - does anyone know the width measurement between the 2 nuts for the trolling motor mount? and I think the size thread is 1/4 - can anyone verify?

Don't have my yak with me and I'm trying to mod my fishing crate so it bolts onto the yak instead of using bungees...

I had already gone home when you posted last night. If still needed, the distance between, measured from the center to center of the inserts is 12 3/16ths, they are not all exactly the same so give yourself a slot to compensate.

Thanks - you saved me a trip to my inlaws house where I keep our kayaks - they live just up the canal from the store in Sunset.
