You'll be fine tomorrow. Launch is open but don't get stuck in the soft sand. 10/10 you won't be the only guy fishing.
You can get pretty accurate weather forecasts from the NOAA buoys in and around La Jolla. My Rule of Thumb is if the Torrey Pines Outer buoy is under 5' it's gonna be chill out there (unless the pier buoy is FIRING on account of a funky swell) especially if wind stays under 10kt. The finer oceanographic points will take some time to learn, but there's the quick and dirty answer for LJ weather patterns |

Surfs small tomorrow. Little wind in the afternoon. Kill you fish by 11am and dip would be my advice. Either that or if skunked stick it out for the evening bite. Shouldnt be bad.
