Yes

The frustrating part is that there are a sh+t load of sandabs all up and down the water column, I actually hooked one 30' down from the surface in 80' feet of water.

Well, if you are president of the club - then I'm VP. Spent most of the day Saturday trying to get on the board with a Halibut for naught...
That makes 3 trips out with nothing to show but a sun burn.

George has been on suicide watch as of late. Please hand over all sharp objects, ropes, etc.

Seriously, it's funny watching your friend hit "skunk ville" for a while. (We have all been there)

However, after a while you start cheering for the guy. Then you start praying for the guy. I know you will hit a big one soon!

P.S. any divers out there wanna make an extra hundred bucks? Must be able to handle a half dead fish and attach to a dropper loop without being detected.

I know the feeling, I finally broke my skunk streak Saturday with a 24" halibut. I've never been so happy to see a barely legal fish.

Hang in there, Pepe! Would it make you feel any better if I made voodoo dolls of Stinky and Full-Rac for you?

Make an offering to Poseidon...

Buy a bottle of vino and pour it into the sea before you go out. Recycle bottle for CRV...

Works for me...

P.S. Resist the temptation to drink the libation.
