Ha, He is talking about Rays in general, here in the States, we call them, "Mud-Marlin." Thanks for the post, and video!

This species its a raia aguia...

Something like this mud marlin(raia) eagle (aguia)

Oh yeah, raia aguia would be "eagle ray" translated to English, which is the real name of the same family of fishes here in the US.

Calling it a "mud marlin" is a joke because it swims around in the mud looking for clams all day, but it can be very big and strong, so it fights like a marlin when you catch it.
