My New Setup

Finally feeling like I'm done adding stuff to this thing for a while. I installed a dimmer switch on the bait pump to get the flow right, a few more rod holders, a Garmin Striker 4 (cheapest GPS, sonar combo I've ever found). Plan on shaking it down one afternoon this week, then straight to Mexico to see some friends.

nice work. That string tie-down may not be enough. the Hobie tank design has the intake and outflow drop into each of the scupper holes. That helps keep the tank more firmly in place.

I was thinking about that. The inlet hose is stuck pretty firmly in the scupper hole, had to heat and lube it really good to even get it in. It holds the front pretty good, any ideas on tying the back down better would be greatly appreciated. How does the self priming setup work? is it just an elbow? I have a one way valve below the boat to prevent backflow, been priming it with my NRS bilge pump at the moment.
