Headingnout to dana point in aboit an hour to get some late afternoon fishing in anyone else going to be out?

i was out and the water's a bit colder than last week.

Would it be worth it to fish there at night, like just drag some sardines and some squid around the harbor.

I used to night fish (shorefish) DP harbor, totally worth it if you like sharks and rays. Good fightin fish but them teeth are scary in the moonlight

Couldn't get to live bait from shore so it was always cut bait.. chovies macs and squid. Never got lucky with lures at night.

It be interesting to get a light set up on the yak and try it with live bait.
