transducer mounting revo 13

Hey guys wondering if anyone has mounted their transducer directly in the water on a revo. The seat scuppers obviously look a little small but how about the rear? Trying to do it my self instead of buying the lowrance mount thing. Thanks

Make sure that the bolt is not rubbing the inside of the scupper hard to see in the pics but if you used stainless steel it may puncture the kayak. looks good.

I used the original transducer hardware. Assuming it is SS but to get the ducer tight to the bottom of the yak, the bolt is rubbing a little. Should I put some sort of material on the end of bolt and nut?
