Hoop Net Seminar at Torrance Sport Chalet

Promar will present a Lobster and Crab hoopnet seminar this Saturday at the Sport Chalet in Torrance at noon...Come on by, we'll have lots of give aways... an Eclipse net w/ an Eclipse rigging kit and a 32" flat net, along with a Bait Tube, a Bait Suspender, and some Promar hats and beanies. I'll also bring a few of the AHI Live Deception jigs to give away...wait till you see the lifelike finish on these jigs.

Sorry...no tips on how to catch stingrays...! only lobsters

Sting Rays can get in the way. But it's a proven fact that big bugs and sting rays regularly congregate. Jim

Here's a new book you guys might be interested in....

A new updated book on the "SECRETS" to hoopnetting.

He's a new author...so give him a break.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Okay, my preference are sting ray and snails. But these red/oranges roaches keep stealing my bait. How can I block them out of my traps?

I got there about five minutes before noon, and I was the only one.
It looked for a moment that by default, I would get a lot of goodies, but then the others showed up.
About 16 people attended.

I have attended many of Jim’s seminars at the FHS and every time I learn something new.
He was very informative as usual.

I got a beanie hat and won a Tee shirt in the raffle. We each also got goodie bags.

Thanks Mr. Salazar for putting this seminar together.

The only issue was the refusal of the Sport Chalet to turn off the music, so we can hear Jim easier. They turned it down, but not off.

Thanks Jim for a great seminar! Was very informative!!! Also thanks for selling me a copy of one of your books later, as well as the tips on the nets and crawfish trap for the Sierras!

See you on the water!

If there is a Hall of Fame for fishing, Jim's name will surly be there.

Great seminar to attend if you can make it..
