Home run!!
This is the best ceviche I've ever had!! Believe me, I had this and I had to hold myself back from taking more and more, out of respect for other party-goers. The tropical flavors were intense. The fish was well cured (by the lime, orange, papaya enzymes etc.) and very tender. I could have this for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day!! You guys have got to give this a try!! Believe me, it'll easily become one of your favorite recipes. Way to go Yani! Keep em coming brotha!! Cheers! -JJ- |
