Slow food movement
Plant a Meyer lemon tree and wait for fruit...slow. Plant a herb and veggie garden and wait for the harvest...slow. Slow troll for YT and maybe, just maybe, a hookup. Mix 'em all up and then slow heat on the grill for herbed cedar planked YT. Hard to beat, seems worth the wait...
