Green chili has always been my first go to sauce. Green chili and Yellowtail go perfect together. Great idea Yani!!!

Yani,
is like the gift that keeps on giving. I think you should expand your horizons and get a food truck or two out there. I know all of us would be willing regular customers. You could call your first truck "Yani's Yellowtail" with a big picture of a Yellowtail on the truck.
