possibilities
1. get lucky and find your drive at low tide if lost at launch.
2. someone sells you a 180 that was lost or stolen. 3. most realistic scenario is that you have to fork out some serious dough to a dealer. 20$ seems like a lot for an oem Hobie leash, but a small price to pay in retrospect to todays prices for a drive. I remove quick release plastic buckle and secure lease directly to drive. do not remove when over water. I recently had to replace my 180 drive when I had a break-in of garage during Christmas.
