I just saw more photos on another site turns out he was not in the tower but at the second set of controls on the flybridge.

Talk about a freak accident though, that's a lot of boat to get thrown around like that. I've been bounced around a bit but I've never never had anything throw me off the wheel and certainly not out of a flybridge.
