Sliced off 3 steaks from 1/2 of the slab of Tuna that was graciously given to me, applied a simple marinade,,,,,,, and onto the grill they went.

Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Crushed garlic
Olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
