OK.. Heres is my favorite "Beef Sweetbreads".......mmmmmmmmmmmm.
Cooked over Oak BBQ Santa Maria Pit.. Hard to find in here in So.Cal but easy to fine in the Central Coast.. like bacon on steroids.....  sure beats fish eggs...
