Paint ball gun and I aim for the back of the neck, one shot normally does the trick. I have never had one come back for more.
Please respect the law on this one as we as fisherman have fought for and lost a lot, the last thing we need is some enviro nazi to see some guy in a kayak throwing firecrackers at the "harmless defenseless seal"
