Getting ready for colder weather

Figure with the weather change this thread would get started eventually. So here's where we can post your suggestions.

My only suggestion so far is Arm Warmers! I also mountain bike in addition to kayaking and I use a set of Pearl Izumi Arm Warmers. They are skin tight but breathable and keep your arms nice and dry and warm under a light jacket. They're designed to wick moisture away from your skin.
