I would like to publicly thank Sean (Owner/President), Robert (Operations Manager), and the gang at Malibu Kayaks for working directly with me to remedy a difficult kayak “fix-it” problem. It’s not often, especially in this day and age, to have the company president directly involved in problem solving and customer satisfaction.
