Bajapalooza III - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I invited my dad to go down to Baja. He flew out from Minnesota and we took off in the middle of the night to meet a few others at Dennys in Calexico to run down together. My dad suffered his first heart attack 2 years younger than I am now and has had a couple more heart attacks and a stroke. He is 77 and still kicking ass

I had a great time with him. I got to hear stories from jungle warfare training in Panama in the 60s to elk hunts in Idaho. He was even gored in the thigh by a big buck 10 years ago. We reminisced about all the fishing and hunting trips we have shared together and I even heard him drop a few F bombs for the first time ever.

We battled some wind and it got a little hot at times, we managed to catch some good fish and ate fish every day there. I'd go back tomorrow if I could. Whale sharks were every where Great bunch of guys to hang out with as usual. Gracias a Dios!
