Time to get another Stringer!!!! You're killing it
 Try this out: Mix equal parts sugar and salt, add a bit of Cajun seasoning. Coat one of the loins generously and roll with plastic wrap. Place in fridge overnight. Gently rinse of coating, pat dry, slice up and enjoy. |
