Also interested in what hobie is going to release. I put my motor project on hold while awaiting a new thruster since i did not care for how heavy and inefficient trolling motors are. Hopefully this thruster will work as good as it does on paper. Weigh less than a pound, 10lbs thrust, super efficient brushless motor, integrated ESC, high pitched prop, plan is to use 2 to keep them in there most efficient range. And by than im hoping to have a pro angler too
