Bent Yak - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

So my parents have an Ocean Kayak Malibu 2xl that they got from a friend, my dad build a little portage cart out of an old dolly. Thing is, they stashed it and stacked a bunch of stuff on it (200# of carpet

) and now it has a big bend in the keel(?) bottom just forward of the center hatch, from where it sat on the dolly. i rolled the thing on its side and gave it a few good kicks thru the center hatch, to see if it'd pop back into shape but it seems pretty solid.

is there a way to bend or pop it back out, or is it stuck, and is this gonna change drastically the way the boat acts on the water?
