For the Elite membership, sorry pan and zoom will be back up too!.............this is an outrage!

I paid for the pan, zoom and fish id service and I'm getting neither right now. Is there someone I can call to get this escalated?

I hope it's fixed soon,I haven't been able to get my ankle slapper surf via a webcam fix lately.
