Normally I put the paddle with my rods, for some stupid reason I stuck them on the back seat of my jeep. It isn't like I didn't see them though. I just didn't follow through and pick them up. Maybe I was so excited about my new fish finder that I was distracted, or maybe some days I'm just dumb as rock and can't be trusted with things like walking and breathing at the same time. I did get to see the sun rise and it's always fun to watch how many idiots are on the road at all hours of the day and night. If it would have been later than 6am I would have gone over to OEX and borrowed a paddle but I was home,had breakfast and a nap and the truck unloaded by the time they opened.
