kirkdavis Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2015 Location: SD County Posts: 360	On a positive note The kelp dying off will break away and make kelp paddies to attract yellows and mahi. Maybe it is time to "use a lifeline" and "ask a friend" (one that has a boat).
