This piece of coastal sh*t was floating in La Jolla last week. When I gave the lifeguards the GPS numbers they sent out a jetski and did nothing about it, even after I took the time to lead them back to the barrel.
-Useless. Instead the lifeguard decided to play with the porpoise with the lifeguard jetski. -What a waste of taxpayer money. CoastKeeper are losers. Take a big crap on them.   Have a Nice Day
