Many tribes when they signed thier treaties, and basicly had every thing stolen from them, made provitions that they could hunt and fish in their tradition areas. They can't live there or sell the land but they can hunt and fish there "in perpetuaty". It often causes a big stink when indians go to court and force the feds to actually honor these treaties. Check out the Bolt decission in washington state. Hunting eagles may fall under this type of treaty. The joking around about starting a profishing church is cool, but lets show respect for a persecuted people trying to save a part of thier culture. Mike
