![]() I cook on a Santa Maria Pit, Brinkman Professional Smoker, and of corse The Webber. Good place to get all types of gourmet cooking wood is called the Wood Shed. www.thewoodshedoc.com. They even ship. As far as the tourney....Im in....., with all that great looking BBQ ![]()

If its after the 4 th of July weekend I'm in. I'll being a couple lbs of ground elk for the BBQ.
