Nice pit....
I cook on a Santa Maria Pit, Brinkman Professional Smoker, and of corse The Webber.
Good place to get all types of gourmet cooking wood is called the Wood Shed.

As far as the tourney....Im in....., with all that great looking BBQ

If its after the 4 th of July weekend I'm in. I'll being a couple lbs of ground elk for the BBQ.

I'll bring some BBQ Beans that I love to make. Trust me, they are very good. You gotta have some beans with the meat, right?
