All Visicarbon Pro's have the Quietslip foam. If you dont want to use a mount, best bet is buy the Mighty Mount version.

Also, I had a few guys come in and buy lights under the Tier 2 pricing. I did not put them on the list however have reflected this by making the current price level Tier 1.
