very good report, the boat is simiar to the Malibu hull design, it does appear wider though, what is the width...I wouldn't mind playin in the srf with that I bet it would do welll...

MTN i was thinking the same as you reminds me of some of the Malibu yaks and they seem to do well out there..

I only spent a few days in sd with the cuda but have had it out off the norcal coast. If you check out NorCalKayakanglers.com there's lots of talk about the cuda. The boat performs extremely well in the ocean. In my opinion it paddled better than my xfactor or stealth 14. The boat handles our 10'+ swells up here great so I really don't see how it wouldn't handle lake la jolla.

Im taking it into the gulf of mexico tomorrow morning to see how it does
