This is an upgrade to the 15, not sure yet if it will replace the 15 or stand alone. They ran the first boats through the mold yesterday, these are the trial runs getting the plastic quantity and flow correct.
All indications are that they were pretty happy with how the first ones came out.
I was told they would send me some photos next week, not sure if I will be allowed to share yet.
Still can't go into specifics about the kayak, other than it is a fuller volume 15, and a bit longer. We put a lot on cool features into the prototypes, now it is a question of whether those features make it to the final product. I was told they did, but not say anything until I see the kayak in person. Which should not be too far away.
