Thats a good list. I cameupwith a few more that I try to have handy.

Plenty o water and a few granola bars.

1 or 2 fish securing clips or stringers.

Gunny sack or towel to wet and keep your fish cool.

Big bin, ice chest, or huge trash bag to hold your catch for the drive home. I have a small wagon so this is important.

Some folks like to bring a garden sprayer to give gear a fresh water or salt cutting rinse. I bring a household sized spray bottle on trips to mexico when I'm days and miles away from a hose. I can't afford to buy my gear twice.

It depends on the season but a paddleing jacket, light polar fleese, and beenie can really save a trip.
