This might be off topic but can you still hoop the oil islands in Long Beach?

If you have a question on DFW Regs. or open hooping areas, then call the specific agency to get the straight poop, don't rely on some knuckleheads version! That bad info could lead to confiscated gear or a ticket...either way... a ruined evening.
