Its stupid though because they fill DVL with water from the Colorado which is almost all swimmable. They still have to filter all the fish poop out as well to make it drinkable so nothing extra would have to be done.

It's not the fish poop they are worried about, it's the human poop

.. plus bacteria and diseases and nasty biological stuff people bring in that cant be easily filtered.
