I gotta try one of these trips. I got 2 weeks off in late July. Anyone going on any trips at that time? I'm definitely down to try it out.

Bacon wrapped albacore (2x2x2 cubes) on Kabobs, marinated in Italian dressing, grilled on BBQ = phenomenal. Not surprised they were all gone when you got back. I was introduced to that 15 years ago at a summer pool party and they got devoured as fast as they could come off the grill.

If you are new to long range fishing, you should head over to the San Diego Long Range forum on Bloody Decks. They are constantly talking about relevant topics like boats, bait, equipment, and knots. You can also keep up on the latest controversy over exciting topics like jackpots and the ever popular amount to tip the crew. Seriously, despite the drama, you can learn a lot over there.
