Malibu is known for great fishing.

White Sea Bass, Hali's, lings, rockfish, calicos...

Launching by Neptune's (county line). Is the best way to reach the popular fishing grounds straight out from the beach.

The surf can be pretty scary at times. Watch your days and time it right.

A lot of "local" guys (most of them live nowhere near to Malibu) can act a little territorial....just ignore them.

Search around for local fishing info...it's out there.
