I agree. That area is sort of a dead zone that gets missed by the oside and DP private boats. There is also a weather buoy out there that I have been to a couple times. Once in a yak and once on a PB. It tends to have kelp hanging off it and attracts bait. I would not expect tuna in the area but Dodos and YT are real possibilities. Don't have the numbers for the buoy but they could be found on the NOAA site or whoever runs it. 4 to five miles straight out from the domes and it will be on your left.
